In 2025, Spa Hotel Olymp celebrated its 21st anniversary with a completely renovated, modern facility and a team that works like one big family, making guest service a shared responsibility for every guest. Floor 5: We begin with the newly opened Luxury Zone. This floor is the highest point of the hotel and offers a breathtaking panoramic view, creating a sense of infinity. The rooms impress with their modern interiors, designer bathrooms and elegant comfort.
Floors 4-2: Spacious and sunny, with a modern design where natural materials, the beauty of Bulgarian embroidery and neutral tones create a sense of warmth and harmony. The layout of the rooms ensures peace and quiet, while also offering a beautiful panoramic view of the cityscape or the cool pine forest.
Floor 1: This floor is particularly suitable for guests who prefer easy access to the hotel’s main amenities. The rooms feature a fresh design, where beech wood combined with Bulgarian motifs and neutral colors creates warmth and coziness, while the immediate proximity to the greenery of the pine forest offers seclusion and a connection with nature. Due to its location above the restaurant area, you may hear activity from the kitchen at certain times, which should be taken into account.
Ground Floor: Art Studios without a balcony: The hotel offers three unique Art Studios, located above the spa area and close to the restaurant and summer garden. Each Art Studio features its own distinctive modern design and combines an artistic atmosphere with peace and quiet.

DBL 2+0 NO BALCONY: Approximate area between 21 and 23 m². Cozy rooms with a view of the pine forest behind the hotel, providing natural shade and a sense of closeness to nature. The rooms feature a double bed measuring 160/200 cm. Some of the double rooms can accommodate a third guest, as they include a double bed measuring 180/200 cm and a sofa bed (coach) measuring 90/190 cm. Two rooms of this type (without a balcony) are located on the first floor. The double rooms feature the following amenities: minibar, coffee maker, hair dryer, air conditioning and central heating, TV, telephone and high-speed Wi-Fi.

STUDIO 2+1/2+2 NO BALCONY: Approximate area between 33 and 39 m². Modern, quiet and secluded. Located above the spa area. They offer a view of the summer garden. The studios without a balcony feature a double bed (180/200 cm) and a pull-out (corner) sofa (140/220 cm). Amenities include a minibar, coffee maker, hair dryer, air conditioning and central heating, TV, telephone and high-speed Wi-Fi.
Maximum occupancy of 2 adults and 2 children up to 11.99 years old or 3 adults and 1 child up to 5.99 years old.
STUDIO 2+1/2+2: Approximate area of 37 m². The most popular room type at the hotel - spacious and functional - offering additional comfort with a balcony and a beautiful panoramic view or a view of the evergreen pine forest. The studios, located on the 2nd through 4th floors, feature a large double bed (180/200 cm) + 1 single-bed sofa (90/190 cm) + 1 pull-out armchair/sofa bed (80/180 cm).
Seven of these units are located on the first floor and their capacity varies. They consist of two joined beds (180/200 cm) with the option to separate them plus one sofa bed (90/190 cm).
All studios feature the following amenities: minibar, coffee maker, hair dryer, air conditioning and central heating, TV, telephone, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

STUDIO 2+1 DELUXE: Approximate area of about 39 m². The Deluxe Studios are located on the 5th floor of the hotel. They feature a modern interior, spacious designer bathrooms and breathtaking views. They feature a large double bed (180/200 cm) and one sofa bed (90/190 cm). Amenities include a minibar, coffee maker, hair dryer, air conditioning and central heating, TV, telephone and high-speed Wi-Fi.
Maximum occupancy of 2 adults and 1 child, or 3 adults.
1-BR APP 2+2: Approximate area of 38 m². The one-bedroom apartments have a balcony. These are family-style units. They have a door separating the bedroom from the cozy living room, providing additional privacy and tranquility. The apartments feature a double bed (180/200 cm) and two single-bed-style sofas (90/190 cm). Amenities include a minibar, coffee maker, hair dryer, air conditioning and central heating, TV, telephone and high-speed Wi-Fi.
Three of these units are located on the first floor and their layout is slightly different: a double bed (180/200 cm) plus two single-bed-style sofas (90/190 cm and 90/180 cm).
Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults and 1 child.
